How do I apply?

We are FULL for Fall/Winter 26-27. We still have spots for Spring/Summer 26. If you are interested in that contract, or want to be added to the Fall/Winter waitlist, email [email protected].

What is your pricing?

Rent for Fall/Winter is $360/month, and rent for Spring/Summer is $160/month. This does not include the price of utilities. Utilities are $30 a month and consist of electricity, gas, water, and internet. A security deposit of $360 is due at the time of signing for fall/winter contracts. A security deposit of $160 is due for spring/summer contracts at the time of signing.

What is the apartment layout?

Each apartment has the same layout- three shared bedrooms with two bathrooms. There is a shared vanity area with a double sink. We do not offer private rooms. There is a main living area and kitchen. In the back of the apartment is an storage room with a extra freezer.

What amenities do you have available?

We have a laundry room, lounge, small exercise room, and BBQ area open year round. We also have a pool area open during the summers from April/May - October. 

Do you have parking available?

We have two parking lots available near our apartment complex. Utah Parking Enforcement patrols our lots and is who we do parking passes through. They charge $10 for a pass. We do not have reserved spots and so it is a first come, first serve basis for parking. If there are no spots available, you have to park on the street. 

Do you have laundry on site?

Yes, we have a communal laundry room. Each washer and dryer load costs 0.75 cents. You can pay through an app or use quarters. 

Do you allow pets?

We have a no pet policy. We do accept ESA animals if you provide a letter from your therapist, sign a contractual agreement to take care of the animal, and all your roommates agree to living with the animal.

Are you BYU Contracted Housing?

Yes, we are BYU Contracted Housing. This means that you have to be a continuing BYU student to live here. We also accept BYU Flex GE, BYU English Language, BYU Salt Lake, BYU-I, and Ensign College students.

We do not offer tours, but you are welcome to check out our 360 tour on the "Photos and Tour" tab for an accurate depiction of what each unit is like.
